with experience in Bakery / Pizza and Breakfast. Hours are generally
7am to 3pm. You will be responsible for working alongside our existing
pastry chef and baker in the production of sweet, savoury, breads and
special cakes for our bakery shop. Other duties include: Assisting the
Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing
dishes Assisting as the breakfast chef Covering pizza chefs for
holidays Assisting with the management of health and safety Assisting
with the management of food hygiene practices Managing and training
any Commis Chefs Monitoring portion and waste control Overseeing the
maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards Candidates must have
a minimum of 2 years experience
